A young, cute Star Wars fan met BB8 while dressed as BB-8, and this Disney World employee's heart was filled with so much joy!

There may not be a lot to look forward to in this dark, scary, effed-up world right now, but there are still some moments of pure joy and happiness that manage to light up our faces. Like this Disney World cast member meeting a super cute Star Wars fan dressed up in her best BB-8 cosplay!!

Much like us, the unnamed employee couldn't contain himself when he saw a young girl getting to meet the small, round, orange droid from the sequel trilogy for the first time at the Star Wars-themed Galaxy's Edge attraction, and after seeing that she was actually dressed up like the fan-favorite robot, he couldn't stop himself from feeling the feels and having to clutch his pearls.

"Oh my god!!" he can be heard saying as the little girl walks in, ready to meet BB-8 himself.

This wholesome AF interaction illustrates everything that is right about the Star Wars universe and fandom (finally!), and people online were living for it.

More of this kind of energy in the world, please!!!
