SheWired's editors, Tracy E. Gilchrist and Boo Jarchow joined 3,000 other compassionate cyclists participating in AIDS/LifeCycle 10, a bike ride 545 miles down the California coast to raise awareness and funding for HIV/AIDS programs at the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
While it is a long distance between San Francisco and Los Angeles, going that distance on a bike was an amazing and fun seven day adventure! Not only do riders raise money to find a cure while participating in a phenomenal physical feat, they have a blast all the way!
Here are just some of the highlights from Days 4, 5 and 6 of AIDS/LifeCycle 10 - including the famous Red Dress Day!
