"Are you the real Lady Gaga?" one girl asks.
"Yes, it's me," Gaga laughs. "I'm here today to promote a positive learning environment."
After the class settles down from the intitial shock and fangirling, she asks the kids to draw what their future looks like and encourages the future artists and dancers to follow their dreams. But she also understands that they can't be successful on their own.
Lady Gaga teamed up with retailer Staples to "support education and create a positive classroom experience through our Staples for Students program." The pair is dedicated to giving teachers and students the supplies they need to be successful in and out of the classroom, and Staples is donating $2 million to the Born This Way Foundation and DonorsChoose.org.
The LGBT activist is dedicated to creating a kinder and better world through her Born This Way Foundation, having also partnered with Starbucks earlier this month to help her cause. "I want kids to love themselves fearlessly," she proclaims.
