Claud Relives Teen Growing Pains in 'Just to Forget' Music Video

A tender walk down memory lane.

Confessional singer-songwriter Claud first caught our attention earlier this year with "Wish You Were Gay," a queer twist to that infamous "expectations vs reality" scene in 500 Days of Summer.

In their latest music video for "Just To Forget," the non-binary musician relives pivotal moments from their teens. We watch them trudge through struggles with love, gender, family, relationships, hair, and trauma.

"Fucked up my head just to forget/Guess it worked 'cause I woke/And I found there's nothing left," they sing.

By the end of the video, Claud seems to find themself and understands that all the memories - even the painful ones - are a part of the beautiful person they've become.
