To cap his groundbreaking year, Lil Nas X just wrangled up six Grammy nominations!

Announced this morning, Nas X earned noms for Album of the Year with 7, Record of the Year, Best Music Video and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for "Old Town Road," Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Panini," as well as Best New Artist.

The openly gay artist had an incredible year. His hit song "Old Town Road" dominated the #1 spot on the Billboard's Hot 100, breaking Mariah Carey's 1995 record for "One Sweet Day."
