Ahead of her acceptance of MTV's Video Vanguard award at the 2019 Video Music Awards, Missy Elliott performed a mashup of some of her biggest hits including her 2002 track "Work It," which actually won the Video of the Year at the 2003 VMAs.
In the middle of the incredible eight-minute performance, Disney Channel star Alyson Stoner (who danced in the original music video) came out on stage and slayed some choreography.

Just another reason to love the star, Stoner came out as pansexual last year. "I can love people of every gender identity and expression. It is the soul that captivates me," she wrote at the time. "It is the love we can build and the goodness we can contribute to the world by supporting each other’s best journeys."
