MTV's A Double Shot at Love contestant Kandice Hutchinson died in a car crash shortly after she finished taping for the reality series that features bisexual "Ikki Twins" who will choose dating partners from a stable of eligible men and women. The official accident report reveals Hutchinson was street racing when the car crashed.

Hutchinson died in Euless, Texas on Oct. 21 when her car was rear-ended and she was thrown from it, myfox.com reported.

Hutchinson’s Nissan 350Z sport couple and a Mazda 6 were racing the Airport Freeway in Euless. She lost control while she and the driver of the other car passed a Mustang on either side, and eventually veered into the Mazda and crashed into the concrete Median, according to the accident report.

The District Attorney intends to file street racing charges, according to the Star Telegram.

Out of respect for Hutchinson’s family, the show’s producers re-edited scenes from the reality show that featured Hutchinson displaying outrageous behavior, TMZ.comreported.

Hutchinson’s family is supportive of keeping her in the show overall, according to TMZ.

A Double Shot at Love stars Rikki and Vikki, dubbed the “Ikki Twins” searching for true love from a dating pool that includes 12 men and 12 women. The show premiered Dec. 9 and is a follow up to MTV’s Tila Tequila: A Shot at Love.
