Mich. Asst. AG Andrew Shirvell Allowed Back on to University of Michigan Campus
Michigan assistant attorney general Andrew Shirvell will be allowed back onto the University of Michigan campus if he steers clear of student government president Chris Armstrong, the target of Shirvell's antigay attacks. The first openly gay president of the student assembly, Armstrong became a target for Shirvell, who wrote about the student in a blog that has since been made private. Shirvell wrote several inflammatory posts about Armstrong, calling him a Nazi and accusing him of promoting a "satanic" lifestyle. Armstrong initially brushed off the taunts but eventually filed for the order in September after Shirvell reportedly started to stalk him
