Lisa Kudrow’s web series will jump to the television screen for it’s second season. Showtime has announced Web Therapy will premiere it's all-new season on the cable network this summer.
Arguably television’s funniest Friend, Kudrow returns to TV as psychotherapist Fiona Wallice, who treats patients (many of whom have famous faces) via webcam chat. Armed with major guest stars for the second season, The Hollywood Reporter revealed Meryl Streep, Lily Tomlin, Conan O’Brien, Rosie O’Donnell, Molly Shannon, Minnie Driver and Selma Blair are all slated for a session of Web Therapy.
“We are thrilled that Showtime will air more of the half-hour format of Web Therapy, we really love this version of the show,” Kudrow wrote in a statement. “Of course, we are over the moon that Meryl Streep will be in this coming season. She was effortlessly hilarious, and it's a great story. We have Lily Tomlin back who always fantastically funny. Conan O'Brien is beyond, fantastic, he's a perfect improviser. We're honestly giddy over the people we have for this season.”
