The next episode of IFC's Portlandia features a "gay" wedding that's actually a gay-acting straight one that looks downright enjoyable... until it's broken up by party-poopers.
The hit sketch comedy show takes on same-sex marriage — kind of — with stars Carrie Brownstein and Fred Armisen as officials shutting down an over-the-top heterosexual "gay" wedding and spoiling the fun.
"Between the choreography and the dancing, this is one of the gayest weddings we've ever seen," says Brownstein, sporting her official neon-orange vest more often seen on convicts collecting litter along the side of the highway.
The episode with the "gay wedding" segment airs Friday at 10 p.m. Eastern. Watch it below:
