'OUT In America' Premieres on PBS Tonight

The all-new documentary contains inspiring, uplifting, and unforgettable, transformative true stories from LGBT celebrities including Andy Cohen, Armistead Maupin, Chely Wright, and Kate Clinton.

Debuting just in time for Pride season, this unique and honest look at the lives of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals provides a rare non-exploitative reflection of our community and culture in the media.

Written, directed, and executive produced by Two Cats Production’s Andrew Goldberg, OUT in America explores the history of the gay rights movements, methods we’ve used to obtain freedom from social oppression, as well as current issues facing the communities regarding faith, religion, marriage equality, and visibility.
