Air Force 1st lieutenant Robin Chaurasiya is a lesbian who's looking to get out of the military under "don't ask, don't tell," only the military thinks she's faking.
While Chaurasiya says she married for love, the military thinks it's a farce, according to AZCentral.com.
Chaurasiya married her girlfriend on Dec. 18, in New Hampshire -- where same-sex marriage is legal.
The problem is that the Air Force doesn't believe she's a lesbian and claims she was just using DADT as way to exit the military quickly with her "shotgun" wedding.  Â
Air Force Secretary Michael Donley will ultimately decide Chaurasiya's military fate with the help of Gen. Raymond Johns' recommendation for her discharge.
