Pokémon, but make it fashion.

Pokémon fans were psyched this week when the new game, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, leaked ahead of its scheduled release date, particularly as it gave us an advance look at the new Pokémon set to be included in the game.

While Nintendo gamers poured over the pics and videos circulating social media, one drag queen took a different approach, already serving up a fancy new lewk based on one of the pocket monsters joining the crew.

“I yassified the new genie from #LegendsArceus,” Aquaria wrote on Thursday. “Hope you’re all enamored with my interpretation.”

The sentiment is a pun on the Pokémon’s name — Enamorus, a female genie Legendary Pokémon that is reportedly akin to a “goddess of fertility and spring” and who helps the people of Hisui, the ancient region in which the new game is set.

Fans were deeply impressed not only with Aquaria’s bold interpretation of the new pocket monster we still know so little about but with how quickly she managed to pull something so good together after the leak.

“Bitch the leak was yesterday???” replied one follower. “The devil works hard but aquarium works harder.”

And as there was initially some confusion as to the gender of Enamorus (the other genies are all male), people were already latching on to her as a gay icon — and Aquaria jumping into the fray with this take on her only fueled the fire.

Aquaria is an outspoken Pokémon fan, and has cosplayed as Rocket Boss Giovanni for the 'gram in the past and tweeted about believing all of them are LGBTQ+ icons, so diving into this look so quickly while most fans are still processing the leak makes perfect sense.

The game itself officially comes out on January 28 and we can only hope more “yassifications” follow!
