We may have only known about Kacey Musgraves’ upcoming Christmas special for a short time, but it already feels as though we’ve been waiting for it forever.

While we’ve still got another two weeks to start getting in the Christmas spirit with Kacey, we at least finally have a trailer to help us get through these trying times!

“I had this idea about bringing the Christmas album to life in a TV special,” Kacey says in the trailer. “The idea behind this was to have people that I’m big fans of come and be special guests. I feel like we created somethin’ that I’m very very proud of.”

It had already been revealed that Schitt’s Creek creator/actor Dan Levy would be narrating the special, and that we would have guest appearances from stars such as Camila Cabello, Lana Del Rey, and Troye Sivan. This new promo also gives us clips of Zooey Deschanel, Leon Bridges, and Kendall Jenner, providing a wide variety of stars to appeal to just about everyone.

The Kacey Musgraves Christmas Show will naturally revolve around performances, including a brand new song Kacey plans to debut with Troye, “Glittery.”

“I can say without a doubt that this project is unlike anything I’ve ever done before,” Kacey said. “My vision was to bring my old Christmas album to life visually and create a modern and fashionable, fresh take on a classic format. It’s a nostalgic, Wes Anderson-inspired reimagining of the holidays. It’s heartfelt, funny, and most of all, real. I can’t wait to finally share.”

The Kacey Musgraves Christmas Show premieres on Amazon Prime on November 29th.
