The Miss California anti-gay marriage battle wages on. Last week, outspoken anti-gay marriage advocate Carrie Prejean was ousted from her position for not fulfilling her contract and now, her replacement Tami Farrell has stated she believes marriage is "between a man and a woman," according to the
Associated Press. Farrell stated in a television interview Thursday that she does not believe in gay marriage but also stated: "I don't think I have the right or anybody has the right to tell somebody who they can or can't love."
That opinion is a far cry from Prejean's, who was so opposed to the idea of same-sex marriage she climbed into bed with the anti-gay marriage group the National Organization for Marriage.
Since losing her crown over a contract dispute last week Prejean has said she was dethroned for stating her opinion that gays should not be allowed to marry, the AP reported.
