A gun-toting stalker who claimed he's "meant to be" with Olympic gymnast and Dancing with the Stars' star Shawn Johnson, was arrested Tuesday while trying to break on to the DWTS set. Police said the man had two loaded guns and duct tape in his car, TMZ reported.
In response to the crazed fan, Robert O'Ryan's attempt to sneak on to the set, Johnson's mother, Teri Johnson, filed for a restraining order to protect her 17-year-old daughter and Johnson's dancing partner Mark Ballas.
Teri Johnson filed documents that stated:
"The LAPD searched [O'Ryan's] vehicle and located a loaded .45 handgun, a loaded shotgun, and materials classically used for kidnapping including duct tape, zip ties, a map to the victim. Also found were love letters, clippings and other information on the victim."
An incident report filled out by a CBS employee revealed that O'Ryan was found jumping the studio's fence Monday and attempting to sneak into the east hallway, according to TMZ.
According to the report, a delusional O'Ryan told police: "He had packed all his belongings and permanently left Florida to drive out here to be with [Shawn Johnson], he believes that she speaks to him personally through the television set and through ESP and that they will have a child together, he stated he would be with her no matter what."
Police documents reveal that Johnson is "in fear of her life."
O'Ryan is currently in police custody, held on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm in public. He is being held on $35,000 bail.
