This YouTube Video About Masturbation Perfectly Explains Consent

Given how connected we are as a society, you'd think that we could have all come to some sort of reasonable definition of what consent means. This, unfortunately, could not be further from the truth. No matter how many strides the intersectional feminist movement has made over the years to raise awareness to the massive epidemic of rape and sexual assault, it seems as though some people (the radical right and beta males) are still buckling down on their antiquated beliefs on sex.

Well, in order to reach out to these types of men, comedian Teresa Lee made a YouTube video entitled, "How To Explain Consent Through Masturbation." Maybe using something a lot of people understand will make it easier, right? Lee's take on consent is fresh, new, and may perhaps bridge a few gaps. We can only hope that some people out there watch it and learn a thing or two.
