Rosie O’Donnell’s ex-wife, former television executive Kelli Carpenter (pictured left), is engaged to marry singer Anne Steele (right), according to The New York Daily News.

Carpenter, cofounder of R Family Vacations, which famously runs LGBT family friendly cruises, said that she and Steele will marry on June 1, 2013 at a picnic style backyard barbecue and wedding for close family and friends in which Carpenter’s four kids with O’Donnell will participate, according to the Daily News.

The couple met on one of Carpenter’s cruises 10 years ago where Steele was performing a cabaret style act but began dating just over two years ago.

O’Donnell, who married early this summer after her fiancée Michelle Rounds was diagnosed with rare Desmoid tumors, said via a rep that she’s happy for Kelli and Anne.

"I am very happy for her - the kids love Anne," O’Donnell said.
