The web-a-thon and online fundraising efforts for season three of the hit web series Anyone But Me will officially end on October 1st. The total amount raised by that date will determine how many episodes will be produced for the third season.

Two seasons ago Anyone But Me introduced a new generation – gay, straight, and ethnically diverse – struggling with identity and modern relationships. This award winning web series revolves around Vivian McMillan, sixteen and gay. As the daughter of a NYC firefighter she goes through seismic changes when her father’s health problems, resulting from 9/11, force them to move from the city to the suburbs. Navigating a long distance relationship with her girlfriend and developing a bond with a straight, African American boy fuel the heart of this dynamic drama as it follows the journey of six teenagers riding the waves of sexual awakening.

The series, produced and written by Susan Miller and written and directed by Tina Cesa Ward stars Rachael Hip-Flores, Nicole Pacent, Alexis Slade, Joshua Holland, Jessy Hodges and Mitchell Adams.

With over 4 million views worldwide and two seasons under its belt, Anyone But Me has been awarded with:
4 Streamy Nominations & Best Actress Win; Webby Honorees for Drama & Writing; 4 Indie Soap Awards; AfterEllen’s Visibility Award as Best Lesbian/Bi Web series.

The good news is that the show will have a third season. As of September 9, there are enough funds to produce two episodes. Susan Miller, executive producer and writer for the series, said "we have you to thank. We’ll never stop seeking ways to make as many episodes as we can, so be assured that we’ll be considering all possible options. (And remember at $30,000 we’ll release a video of Rachael and Alexis singing!)"

So far, there have been 650 contributions, with a little less than a month to go! And, as a special treat, every 200th person who contributes will get a personal call from a cast member!
