You can become multi-orgasmic, and if you’re seriously interested, I recommend reading The Multi-Orgasmic Man. This book tells you everything you need to know about becoming multi-orgasmic and will answer the questions you didn’t even know to ask.
First, we need to ask if it’s worth it to become multi-orgasmic. Why bother putting in the work? Here are the reasons:
1. To better satisfy yourself during intercourse
2. To better satisfy your partner
3. To last longer during intercourse
4. To have full-body orgasms (as opposed to localized genital orgasms)
5. To not feel drained after sex (which comes from ejaculation as opposed to orgasm)
Now that's out of the way, here are some crucial steps you can take to become multi-orgasmic.

As with most things in sex, your mentality is really key to success here. Start filling yourself with "I can do this" and "I am able" mantras to prepare your mind for being multi-orgasmic.
It does not mean you are constantly ejaculating. In fact, when you’re multi-orgasmic, you learn to separate orgasms from ejaculation. You do not produce or release more sperm once you become multi-orgasmic; you actually ejaculate less.
Kegel exercises, for those of you who don’t know, are when you clench your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. It’s the same muscle you use when you stop your stream while peeing. To effectively complete a Kegel exercise, contract your PC muscle, and hold the contraction for three seconds. Then release for three seconds. Repeat, completing multiple sets. The number of sets depends on how much time you have during the day, but the key is repetition over time. (Not just one large set daily.)
This, again, will strengthen your PC muscle, which is needed to become multi-orgasmic. Stop, hold for three seconds, then continue peeing. Do this until you’re out of urine.
There’s a large difference between the automatic breaths we take every second, and deep belly breaths that fill your lungs. Having breath control and the ability to slow down your natural physiological response (which will make you ejaculate) is necessary to become multi-orgasmic. Breathing is crucial to help control your arousal.
The point of no return happens right before you ejaculate. It’s the point when you can’t stop yourself from ejaculating. As you know, you can feel when this point is approaching, and while masturbating (and having sex with a partner) you need to stop and squeeze your PC muscles prior to reaching the point of no return.
For most of you queer men out there, this isn’t a problem. This one is really for the *tops only* but right before you reach the point of no return, press on your perineum (that area between your scrotum and anus) to help moderate your arousal.
It can take several months (sometimes as few as two, depending on the frequency with which you practice everything) to become multi-orgasmic. Once you master it, you won’t ever be able to go back to regular old ejaculation-focused orgasms. You’re welcome in advance.
