Queer video game player Tayson Defas was taking a break during the competition at this year’s annual Evolution Championship Series in Las Vegas this past weekend when something freakin’ adorable happened.

Without missing a beat, Defas’ boyfriend Sebastian “Sol” Oliva (who, according to Gay Star News, is also a fellow gaymer) ran on stage to comfort him and give him a kiss!

(Can you hear that? That’s the sound of our cold, icy hearts melting.) The crowd and Defas’ competitor were big fans of the kiss, erupting in cheers, claps, and heart signs!

Although Kotaku reports that Defas didn’t make it to the final round of his video game competition, at least we know he has a loving, caring, and romantic boyfriend to go home to!
