Here's How You Can Help Chely Wright Make Her Next Album

Our first out country singer needs our help to make her next record!

Country singer and LGBT activist Chely Wright just kicked off a campaign to fund her next album. The singer, who famously came out in 2010, has been a tireless voice for LGBT people since becoming the first out country star. Since she came out she got married to Lauren Blitzer and then the pair had twin boys. Even with all of that going on Chely says in her Kickstarter video that she's been writing songs throughout and she's ready to make her next record -- but she needs our help!

Chely's got loads of creative incentives for backers. If you've got 2K to spend you can go for a bike ride with the cycling enthusiast in Central Park or you can cowrite a song with her.

Watch her video below.
