Sam Smith Comes Out of His Shell & Dances in 'How Do You Sleep?' Video

"Thank you to all the beautiful humans around me who have helped me really come out my shell over the past year."

Sam Smith is back with another emotional whirlwind of a banger, and this time the crooner is... dancing?

We didn't know Smith had it in him! "How do you sleep when you lie to me," the genderqueer pop/R&B star asks over a smooth-yet-synthy beat while winding his hips in front of some stunning male dancers.

It seems like choreography is something Smith has wanted to do in his music for a while, but just recently worked up the courage to share that part of himself.

"My heart is beating so fast. I am so proud of this one. Thank you to all the beautiful humans around me who have helped me really come out my shell over the past year," Smith wrote on Instagram. "Everyone who worked on the video.... WE DID THAT. I hope you all enjoy this and please learn the moves so we can dance together one day soon xx."
