Hilary Clinton is currently having the best week ever!
Yesterday, former President Donald Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in his historic hush-money trial, and now, Clinton is letting the world know “she was right” in the most hilarious way possible.
On Thursday, Clinton took to Instagram to post an image of the new merch she’s selling that is both roasting Trump and patting herself on the back for accurately reading him for filth back in 2016.
The former secretary of state is now selling a mug featuring a cartoon portrait of Clinton sipping tea and the words, “TURNS OUT SHE WAS RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING,”
reports.
Now, this is the kind of pettiness we can get behind!
Clinton doesn’t come right out and say that the mug is in reference to her former presidential election opponent’s guilty verdict, but we see you, Hilary.
“We recently had some new merch made based on a phrase I hear a lot,” she wrote on Instagram. “The design happened to be finalized today. With your purchase, you’ll support Onward Together groups defending democracy… and get a pretty great mug to sip tea from. Link to purchase in my profile.”
The mug is currently selling for $22, and you can also purchase the design on a tote bag for $28. Considering how much ridiculous merch Trump has sold over the years — he’s hawked everything from gold sneakers to playing cards to the dreaded red MAGA hats — it seems only fair that a Democrat get in on the action and make a little dough on the back of his guilty verdict.
She may have lost the presidential election to Trump in 2016, but she’s having the last laugh now, and it's a victory we can all relish!
