Lucy Griffiths has been cast as a sister to True Blood’s Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) in season 5 of Alan Ball’s hit HBO series.
EW.com reports the Robin Hood Maid Marian actress Griffiths will play:
Nora, a beautiful and intelligent double agent within the Vampire Authority who’s the progeny of Eric’s maker Godric… This is a series regular role that may involve a little nudity.
Entertainment Weekly also says that fan-favorite “Denis O’Hare will reprise his role of Russell Edgington, the vampire King of Mississippi. Remember, Russell wasn’t exactly killed off at the end of season 3 — he was just buried alive under silver.”
But what about the most important question on queer fans’ minds following the season 4 finale: What will the fate of Tara (Rutina Wesley) be? Sources remain silent.
It’s going to be a long wait until season 5 brings fresh True Blood with teasers and spoilers this juicy.
