It’s a wrap!
Another year of Sundance’s iconic film festival has come to an end, but after 10 days of stellar films and celebrity get-togethers, all we have left is the memories — oh, and a whole lot of exciting new queer films to look forward to.
But along with all the glamor of the celebrities and movie magic, there was a bevy of important and awareness-raising events, and panels that allowed celebrities and creatives to come together and talk about important issues and lived experiences that have impacted them. One such event was The Cut’s “How I Get It Done” panel which brought the Cut’s Editor-in-Chief, Lindsay Peoples; actress and musician Andra Day; actress Bella Heathcote; and director and writer Laura Chinn together to discuss their experiences working as women in the entertainment industry. They also took the time to spotlight the work of women in the industry and took questions from the audience. Appropriately, the event was sponsored by Bumble.
