The premier issue of EXHALE Magazine is now available online. The new travel publication, which began under the working title of Stone, will be issued quarterly and is aimed at upscale gay and lesbian readers who enjoy traveling and pampering themselves. Each issue will feature lots of photos and articles about a variety of destinations worldwide.

Publisher and Editor in Chief, Stone Siegel describes the magazine as a national coffee table, digital book.

“I’ve had the privilege and was blessed growing up with my family to travel and … it just became a passion and for me. It best fits what I would like to do. My goals with the magazine are to inspire people to get out and see the world and to show them that the world is beautiful and we should travel it and participate in its conservation,” he says.

Despite the less than favorable economic climate, Siegel thinks Exhale will fill a niche and will be different than other travel publications.

“The design of the magazine itself is more coffee-table style. We use a lot of images...I think it is going to be different because we don’t necessarily promote what’s trendy at the moment… we want a more classic appreciation of the world and the environment. We donate advertising pages to charity and a portion of our revenue to a community charity, so I think that for us, our conservation efforts, our green endeavors and our philanthropy and the way we showcase our editorial is somewhat different than what I have seen out there.”

You can get a free trial digital subscription to Exhale by vising the Exhale website --  www.exploretheunexpected.com  -- clicking, on the magazine and filling out the form.
