Troye Sivan is back with new music!
Our favorite pop twink is gearing up to release a glittery new dance track with Australian production trio PNAU! He shared the news on Instagram last night.
"PNAU x MEEEE," the 27-year-old wrote. "you know what i need - december 2"
With the news, he shared a trippy visual and a groovy nine-second snippet of the chorus. "You're all that I want/You're all that I need/If it hurts me/I don't want it."
There's an even longer clip available on TikTok for users to place over their videos. In it, you can hear a bit of the prechorus and more of the chorus. "And when I can't keep picking up each time you call/If everything I say just tears us down," Sivan croons.
Fans are pumped for the release. "Wait new music?? I prayed for times like these" one comment reads. "The visual is unreal," said another."
The song comes a few months after his last two-song release for the MTV movie Three Months. It's not clear if this is the first single of an album cycle or just a one-off, but we're praying for the latter. It's been four years since his last proper studio album, Bloom, and two since his pandemic EP IN A DREAM.
"You Know What I Need" drops on December 2nd! We'll be listening to these clips on repeat in the meantime...
