The reveal was made during a screening of the first episode of season 7 at the official Voltron panel at this week's ongoing San Diego Comic Con. While not much is known of the episode and the Shiro moment to the general public yet, according to Den of Geek, "the official Voltron Twitter handle confirmed one element: in a flashback, you see Shiro with his significant other, Adam. The two share a tender emotional moment that will punch you right in the feels."

We're suddenly really interested in Voltron now..
