Cyberpunk 2077 was just released today and it's clear that the Xbox One and PS4 game is not shying away from sex.  

Users were quick to notice the genital sliders available when you customize your character. 

 There are also no gender limitations, so anyone can choose between a small or large penis, a one-size-fits-all vagina, or no genitals at all. You can also choose your breast and buttock size, and even pick out your pubic hair.

Talk about detailed!

Not only that, some users have already stumbled upon a gay sex scene in the game. A screengrab of gamer xQc pushing through dialogue and accidentally opting to hook up with a male prostitute has made its way to Twitter...

The scene is surprisingly detailed, showing the characters in various sexual positions while xQc watches in silent shock.
