Kelly Clarkson Freaks Out Over This Adorable Gay Proposal

Alex Malerba and Justin Black shared one of the happiest moments of their lives with a giddy Kelly Clarkson. After a Tuesday evening performance in Las Vegas, Malerba proposed to his boyfriend backstage as the singer cheered on.

Malerba told TooFab that during a meet and greet with the original American Idol, he asked Clarkson if she could help him propose to his boyfriend of four years. "You should have told me," she exclaimed. "I would have done it during the show!" Malerba runs back to grab his boyfriend, and after the two get a photo with the superstar, he immediately gets down on one knee. 

“Asking the love of my life to marry me in front of the one and only @kellyclarkson was an amazing moment!!!! HE SAID YES” Malerba's caption reads. If you toggle right on the Instagram post, you can watch the entire proposal captured by Clarkson's team, and Clarkson absolutely losing it in the background.

"Ohmygod, I'm so happy," she screams and hugs the two. "I'm like a part of it!"

Clarkson is obviously invited to the wedding, but Malerba hopes she will be the officiator!
