Sandra Bullock is one smart woman.
The Oscar-winning actress has prepared the divorce papers to finally opt out of her marriage with serial philanderer Jesse James.
"Right now Sandra is not thinking about the money," a source told RadarOnline. "She's protected financially. ... She's just trying to deal with this mess."
Earlier this month, Bullock's five-year marriage went downhill after tattooed stripper and part-time lesbian Michelle "Bombshell" McGee revealed that she and James had been having a steamy love affair.
It was reported last week that James had confessed to carrying on affairs with seven women before entering-and eventually leaving-a sex rehab facility in Arizona.
Within days of the original fallout, James apologized to his wife and three children from previous relationships through a statement: "It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way," he said. "This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them."
Luckily, the couple has a pre-nup agreement that specifies James gets no money should they split due to cheating.
