Glee stars Naya Rivera (Santana), Cory Monteith (Finn) and Samuel Larsen (Joe) are confirmed as mentors for season 2 of Oxygen’s singing competition/reality series The Glee Project, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Project will feature 14 hopefuls competing for the grand prize of a seven-episode arc on the upcoming season 5 of Glee. Each week, the contestants are given a theme and they have a week to prep for their audition.
Rivera, Monteith, and Larsen are scheduled to make appearances during the show’s 12 episode run, and will join co-star Lea Michele (Rachel), as she is already slated to appear in the June 5th premiere. Rivera reportedly will headline episode 4, entitled Sexuality.
Larsen, along with Irish born singer/actor Damian McGinty Jr. (Rory), were the Project’s first season co-winners and both went on to be featured during season 4 of Glee.
