The Biggest Loser star, who came out as bisezual in Ladies Home Journal a few months ago, dishes about staying healthy, working out, adopting children and dating both sexes.

According to Women's Healthmagazine, "When she has a rare spare moment, Jillian rides her horse, Buzz, or whizzes along speed tracks on one of her motorcycles. And though this self-proclaimed 'anti-Hollywood girl' would rather watch Lost or hang with best pal actress Vanessa Marcil than go to parties, she does squeeze in time for dates -- with men or women. 'I've been in love with both,' she says candidly."

The 5-foot-2  tough love workout guru also admits in the interview that she wants to be a mother someday but would rather adopt because she was does not want to gain the baby weight due to her experience as an overweight child. "I can't handle doing that to my body. Also, when you rescue something, it's like rescuing a part of yourself."

In the interview, Michaels reveals that her childhood was painful growing up in Los Angeles. Her parents divorced when she was 12 and to cope Michaels turned to food for comfort, reaching 175 pounds. "I was an only child at the time, so there was nowhere to go with any of it. I felt abandoned," says Michaels, who has a soft spot for those who went through the same thing, saying she has a desire to fix it.

Now, the 36-year-old sexy drill sargeant exercises three to four times a week for 30 to 40 minutes, doing martial arts, jogging and working with her trainers.

Michaels is known for helping people around the nation get healthy and fit, but reveals in the interview that her new goal is to become a life coach to help people in all areas.
