The original "pregnant man" Thomas Beatie and Christian right baby maker Michelle Duggars have more in common than meets the eye now that Beatie is pregnant with his third child in just as many years. As a point of reference, Duggars has pumped out 19 children in just over 20 years.
Beatie, a trans man, became a national sensation when he announced to the world and Oprah that he was pregnant with his and his wife's first child together.
Since then he's produced his first child, a daughter born in June 2008, a book entitled Labor of Love, and a second child, a boy, in June of 2009. Now he's pregnant with a third child, according to Momlogic.com.
Recently, another trans man, Scott Moore, announced he was pregnant.
