The trailer for Dicks: The Musical is here and it’s wild, yeah you’re going to need to see this!

The film, which marks A24’s first-ever musical and was previously titled F***ING IDENTICAL TWINS, follows two self-obsessed businessmen, Craig and Trevor (writers Aaron Jackson & Josh Sharp), who discover they’re not just business rivals — working for none other than Megan Thee Stallion — but long-lost identical twins. From there, a kind of twisted Parent Trap ensues with the reunited twin brothers, who have long craved a true family, plotting to matchmake their eccentric divorced parents (played by Nathan Lane and Megan Mullally) who are serving pure camp! This is complicated by their father, being in his words, “as gay as a three dollar bill, and just as thin.”

Also joining in the delightfully depraved festivities are Bowen Yang as God (type casting if we’ve ever heard of it) and introducing The Sewer Boys — we won’t spoil them, you’re going to have to watch the trailer to believe it — but hey, they’re “gay culture!”

Dicks: The Musical will make its debut at Toronto International Film Festival when it opens the Midnight Madness section. The film then heads to theaters on September 29. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.
