Lady Gaga Proves That Celebrities Fall Down Too

Contrary to popular belief, big-name celebrities are only humans (just like we all are), and because they are humans, they are also subject to the same laws of gravity as everyone else. And sometimes, those laws of gravity don’t always act in their favor.

During a recent trip to West Hollywood to visit her friend and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump at PUMP Lounge, pop queen Lady Gaga showed just how human she was by accidentally taking a stumble on the sidewalk while walking to her car.

We applaud how flawlessly she played it off, smiling for the cameras after getting up like nothing happened, but Gaga isn’t the only major celeb to have a brief encounter with their mortality by taking a public fall…

Remember that time Madonna fell backwards while performing on stage at this year’s Brit awards?Damn cape.

Or the time teen dream and One Direction singer Harry Styles completely ate it while performing on tour...What exactly were you trying to do there, Haz?

Well apparently clumsiness runs in the band, because Harry’s bandmate Liam Payne also had a slightly embarrassing fall on stage while on tour last year.Need some help getting back up, Daddy?

Heck, Jennifer Lawrence fell not once, but twice, during the The Oscars. Once on the 2014 red carpet…And another time while walking on stage to accept her award for Best Actress at the 2013 ceremony.(She’s still better than everyone, tbh.)

Former Disney star Demi Lovato, who has had more than her fair share of run-ins with gravity over the years, fell on her face recently during a pool party to celebrate her “Cool for the Summer” single.She did indeed remain cool, though, immediately jumping into the pool after getting back up. (Sidenote: why wear heels to a pool party?!)

Remember when Australian “rapper” Iggy Azalea completely fell off the stage at a VMA pre-show last year?Maybe she should just stay where she landed…

And that time gravity had a fight to pick with America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift as she was walking down a flight of stairs.

Moral of the story? Celebrities fall down all the time. Literally. Get over it people!
