Sugar and Spice... and everything not so nice?

Season 15 of RuPaul's Drag Race is already making herstory with siblings competing for the first time!

"Twin drag queens... I feel like we're a rare species," Spice tells PRIDE. "We shared the same womb, so why not share the same season on the same show?"

"I need to make a PSA, a public service announcement... is that what it's called? We're not twins. We're actually just friends. We're really just friends that look alike. It's kind of awkward. I don't know where everyone got the twin thing from," Sugar adds.

Fans of the twins have followed their lives for many years, ever since the duo started posting videos on YouTube and eventually TikTok, where they've amassed 7.5 million followers.

"If I'm going to be the social media queen, I'll be that social media queen! I want to do what I do, but do it crazier," Spice says.

"I just want to apologize to the people that have been here through all of it... because Lord has it been a journey! You held on tight I guess, I don't know. TikTok literally ended up becoming my full-time job by default," Sugar adds.

Although the twins may seem like just social media queens, they're excited to show off their many talents on the Drag Race mainstage.

"I'm not a flipper or dipper, but that's the amazing thing about Drag Race. We welcome all different walks of life, so it's fun. I'm reclaiming my title. I used to be like Sugar the bimbo whore, but now I'm Sugar the prophet," Sugar says.

The new season of RuPaul's Drag Race premieres Friday, January 6 on MTV. To see the full interview with Sugar and Spice, check out the video below.
