SheWired's Shot of the Day: Peggy, Betty, Don and Joan on Rolling Stone

Today’s shot offers plenty of cleavage, gams and Don Draper’s five o’clock shadow with Jon Hamm and the women of Mad Men on the cover of Rolling Stone. Just two weeks ago Rolling Stone had Sookie, Bill and Eric sporting only their birthday suits, blood and well-placed body parts. But a nude Mad Men cover featuring Jon Hamm, Christina Hendricks, January Jones and Elisabeth Moss covering their naughty bits with martini glasses, ad copy and Lucky Strikes would deter from the whole period piece thing Mad Men has going on  -- or would it?

There is moment in just about every workday when we come across something sexy, gratuitous and completely pointless that we wish we could post but don't under the auspices of there being no redeeming value. Well, we at SheWired have made an executive decision to just throw any of our pseudo-feminist caution to the wind and to just post our fave shot of the day, whether it be sexy, salacious, or just because! Today’s shot offers plenty of cleavage, gams and Don Draper’s five o’clock shadow with Jon Hamm and the women of Mad Men on the cover of Rolling Stone.

Regardless, here are Peggy, Betty, Don and Joan managing to looking absolutely fetching crammed into the back of a car. January is throwing a very Kate Winslet / Revolutionary Road-era kind of vibe while Elisabeth seems to be giving the “See, Christina's not the only one with great cleavage” look. And Christina, well, she mesmerized me with that amazing cleavage three seasons ago so all I see is absolute perfection. Oh to be in a Betty and Joan sandwich.
