You and White Lotus star Luke Gage appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last week and shared his obsession with reality television.
While filming Season 1 of White Lotus in Hawaii, Gage bonded with fellow stars Jennifer Coolidge and Molly Shannon over their mutual obsessions with reality TV, including "90 Day Fiance, Love After Lockup, The Vow, NXIUM Cult."
The latter is more of a documentary, as Kimmell points out, and Gage laughs.
"I guess it's a documentary, it actually happened." But regardless, Gage and Shannon especially "really shared a bond over that show."
Gage then reached out to some of the former members of both NXIVM and 90 Day Fiance and started a few group chats, in which Shannon was included as well.
"How do you start a text chain with members of a sex cult?" Kimmell asks.
"I just say I'm a huge fan and it's so brave they made the show."
Kimmell laughs, "You may be putting an American treasure in danger."
We can only imagine what Gage and Shannon talk about in these group chats. But we do know that Darcy and Stacy from 90 Day Fiance are fans. "The love You season 4, they're my only fans," Gage said, and calls them his hype women. "I need them to find love and I'm invested."
Gage also talked about watching the second season of The White Lotus, shooting the new season of You in London, and thinking his eyebrows were uneven which led to a Botox mishap.
