In honor of Comic-Con The Hollywood Reporter meta-geeked out, and we absolutely love it. The latest issue’s cover story is “10 Nerd Icons Pose As Their Icons.” Among some of our faves of this concept are Zoe Saldana as Ripley from Alien, and Katee Sackhoff as Han Solo, but the hands down winner is Orphan Black’s tour de force Tatiana Maslany as Shaun from Shaun of the Dead.
If you really want your geek brain to explode with all kinds of meta-nerd goodness then watch the adorable and talented Maslany explain in language that is part academic and part nerd heaven why she loves Shaun of the Dead so much.
