Vicci Martinez, the out singer/songwriter from Tacoma, Washington who was a finalist on NBC's The Voice Season 1, has just released her self-titled album from Universal Republic Records.
Vicci has 11 tracks, including her single “Come Along” featuring her coach from The Voice, Cee Lo Green.
Vicci released the EP Come Along in May in preparation for the release of Vicci, which she began working on the album after The Voice ended.
“Even though I’ve already come out, this is my other coming out party,” the openly gay singer told The Hollywood Reporter at her April show at The Key Club Los Angeles where she debut some of the songs from the album. “I’ve worked on the album for a year and this is my first time getting to play these songs.”
