Clea Duvall Joins 'American Horror Story's' Second Season

American Horror Story has locked up Clea Duvall for a multi-episode story arc in the FX series' much-anticipated second season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Details about the show's rebooted story line and characters have been kept secret by the show's creators. However, it has been reported that an East Coast mental institution will serve as the setting for the Emmy-nominated series, and the time period is the 1960s. Duvall has appeared many times in LGBT-themed movies and television but notably she's played lesbian in But I'm a Cheerleader, The Laramie Project, and The Itty Bitty Titty Committee and several short films.

Duvall has played a mental patient before in 1999's Girl Interrupted, in which she played pathological liar, Georgina Tuskin.

Duvall has appeared many times in LGBT-themed movies including The Laramie Project. She's notably played lesbian in But I'm a Cheerleader, Itty Bitty Titty Committee and several short films. 

Also slated for AHS season 2 are Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Chloe Sevigny, Adam Levine, James Cromwell, Lily Rabe, Zachary Quinto and Lizzie Brochere. The second season is slated for an October premiere.
