Miley Cyrus Announces New Album: Here’s The Name, Release Date, Clips

Miley Cyrus is coming!

The pop star and Disney Channel icon previously announced new music was on the way at the end of last year, teasing fans with "NEW YEAR NEW MILEY," but earlier this morning Cyrus shared a teaser trailer with the album title and release date.

"ENDLESS SUMMER VACATION. THE ALBUM. MARCH 10," she wrote across social media.

Cyrus looks stunning in the newly revealed clips and art. "We met each other on the neon dingy," she monologues. "Past the manta rays and palm trees. Glowing creatures beamed down from great heights. Electric eels and red venom. In the sky, we could see the riders on horseback. On Comets. Coming toward us, kicking up with laughter. My friend Big Twitchy road the boat into the light. Surfed the north break. We danced until there was nothing left. Just me and Twitchy. Because that's all I knew."

Just before this album announcement, Cyrus shared that the first single off the album is premiering on January 13 and is titled "Flowers". It features lyrics like, "I can love me better than you can," and "I can buy myself flowers, I can hold my own hand."

This will be Cyrus' eighth studio album and her first new music since her 2020 banger of an album, Plastic Hearts. Endless Summer Vacation boasts producers Kid Harpoon, Greg Kurstin, Mike WiLL Made-It, and Tyler Johnson.

She's described the album as a "love letter to LA." In a press release, it was called "very personal" and reflects "the strength she’s found in focusing on both her physical and mental well-being." She also revealed snippets from "Flowers" during her New Year’s Eve Party television special. You can watch them below:
