It’s a harsh reality; facing the world after you graduate college, and dating is just plain weird. TBH, dating is weird anyway, but after college, you realize whatever groove you thought you had was very location dependent.
I'm not saying you won’t get girls, because you will, but it’s going to be way different and here's why:
College
You probably met her on campus.
After College
You probably met her online.
College
You have mutual friends.
After College
She knows absolutely nobody in your life.
College
You're fans of the same college teams.
After College
You don’t even watch the same sports, and definitely don’t share a team (and if you do, consider yourself lucky).
College
She can visit you at work, because you wait tables.
After College
You have to check your schedule to even see one another during the week.
College
You can chill during the day, because you don’t have class until 3 p.m.
After College
Day chilling is only possible on the weekends.
College
Wearing your college hoodie on a date was cool.
After College
Wearing your college hoodie anywhere other than your apartment or on a game day is forbidden.
College
You can buy your girl a bottle of vodka and she’s impressed.
After College
The after-college equivalent to buying her a vodka is buying her bottle service.
College
A normal weekend with your girlfriend involves house parties and late-night Taco Bell.
After College
A normal weekend involves Netflix, drinking at home, and “going out” one night, unless you're too tired.
College
When you break up, you have to worry about seeing her on campus.
After College
When you break up, you probably won’t ever see her again unless you want to.
College
You’re dating girls.
After College
You're dating women.
