Meet Juliet. The pixel-perfect blonde bombshell who’s going to have to kick a lot of zombie ass and rescue hordes of classmates if she has any hope of enjoying her 18th birthday.

The upcoming video game from developer Suda 51, Lollipop Chainsaw, looks like a promising entry in the kick-ass action chick game genre, and it owes a debt to the film Sucker Punch for its look.

In the grand tradition of Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft and Resident Evil’s Jill Valentine, Juliet is the kind of girl who can take on a swarm of the undead and still manage to look smoking hot the entire time. However, unlike the game-girls of yesterday, this cheerleader has enough sass and style to give her the edge in crossover queer appeal.

Check out the trailer and see if it doesn’t get you pumped up to play.
