Susan and Geena reunite for the ultimate selfie!

TracyEGilchrist

For its issue entitled "Hollywood's 100 Favorite Films" The Hollywood Reporter reunited Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis to do a version of their famous Polaroid "selfie" from Ridley Scott's 1991 masterpiece Thelma and Louise (yeah, we called it a masterpiece).  The actresses have faired better than their celluloid counterparts who met with a dramatic end somewhere in the Grand Canyon. Susan went on to win an Oscar and continue to rabblerouse as an activist for various causes while Geena nearly went to the Olympics as an archer, and is now the Chair for the California Commission on the Status of Women and Girls.

Here's the original!

And here they are 23 years later!
