Lindsay Lohan has entered into rehab at Pickford Lofts in an attempt to get in good graces with the California judge who sentenced her to 90 days in jail.
Photos of Lohan entering the facility were taken Wednesday, according to X17online.com. Robert Shapiro, OJ Simpson’s former attorney, set up the clinic in 2005 shortly after his son, Brent, died of an overdose. Shapiro has also been hired by Lohan to take over her legal issues, according to TMZ.com.
On her first day at the center, Lohan had plenty of visitors. Her mother, Dina, sister Ali, and assistant Eleanor. Her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, and rumored new love, Eilat Anschel, also came by to see Lohan.
Pillows and bags from Blick art store, along with a case of Sprite and some toilet paper were brought in by her assistant.
Ronson showed up around 10:00 pm, and stayed for about 45 minutes.
Shapiro will reportedly go for an appeal and try to persuade Los Angeles Judge Marsha Revel to put the starlet in a clinic for detox, as well as either dismiss or reduce the original jail sentence of 90 days.
Lohan’s sentencing was time in jail followed by 90 days at an inpatient rehabilitation center for violations to the probation terms in her 2007 DUI case. She must surrender herself back in Revel’s courtroom on July 20.
