Lil Nas X is tatted up!

Our favorite "Industry Baby" got his first ink in Spain this week, and shared it on social media – and it looks like it was painful.

He got a small tattoo on his right wrist and his face is scrunched up in pain. X didn't explain what it is but posted a pic of the symbol on Twitter. It's a modified Aires symbol, which is X's sign, and he also used his version of the symbol on his Montero album rollout.

There are more images of his new tattoo on Instagram alongside X having fun performing and galavanting in Barcelona.

While you might remember seeing X with tattoos before, he donned fake tattoos in the "Industry Baby" and "Call Me By Your Name (Montero)" music videos, but they weren't permanent.

Earlier this summer, X even tweeted that he was actually scared to get a tattoo. "The reason I don’t have tattoos yet is nothing philosophical or deep I am simply just too pussy," he wrote.

His friend and choreographer Sean Bankhead responded to the post, "I’m taking you before or after tour. pick one pussy." Looks like it was after because five months later, here we are!

Why did Lil Nas add X to his name?

“When I started doing music, I was like, ‘I want to have fun with this,’” X told Jimmy Fallon in an interview. “And every new rapper’s name is Lil, Lil, Lil. ‘What if I was Lil Nas? That’d be funny.’ So I was like, ‘All right, bet. I’ll be Lil Nas.’ And I added the X later on.”

How did Lil Nas X get famous?

His debut song, "Old Town Road", skyrocketed him into fame, in large part due to Twitter and TikTok.

How old is Lil Nas X?

23-years-old.
