It was lesbian night out on Sunday, January 17 as thousands of women in 35 cities across the US gathered together to celebrate Her HRC, sponsored by Human Rights Campaign.

The event was not only a fundraiser for the national LGBT lobbying organization but a membership drive, as $10 to $15 cover charge for the events included an annual HRC membership.

“We are thrilled that so many women turned out for the events.  Many of them signed dup as new members, so it was a great opportunity to expand and diversify our membership base,” said HRC’s Margot Regula-Rosen, organizer of the event.

Each of the host cities featured a unique program of entertainment, ranging from post-football game parties to burlesque shows.
